Songs are memorable. Why not offer a reminder of the words and an image of your hometown mentioned in a song, the way Winslow, Arizona, did?
The Standin' on the Corner Foundation formed to build up tourism and took advantage of the town being mentioned in the song "Take It Easy" by the Eagles.
This ornament captures the image of the life-sized bronze statue of a man with a guitar standing on a corner (at Kinsey and Second) in Winslow, Arizona, and recreated the scene in a circular, engraved frame.
It is cut from solid Black Cherry hardwood grown and milled in the USA. A non-toxic, food-safe oil finish brings out the beauty of the wood and protects it for years.
The design, created with unmatched attention to detail, is original, unique, impossible to find elsewhere. Cutting and engraving are sharp and accurate to design specifications. Inspected and packaged by hand. Comes completed with a red satin ribbon.
